Brahim IDELHAKKAR

Brahim Idelhakkar est un ex capitaine au long-cours de la marine marchande, il a navigué pendant quatorze ans comme officier de la marine marchande et considéré comme expert maritime, En 1998 il décide de reprendre ses études à l’université pour étudier les sciences économiques comme une seconde discipline. Après quatre ans il décroche la maitrise en sciences économiques, en 2005 il présente son mémoire de troisième cycle, et enfin il soutient après cinq sa thèse de doctorat d’Etat en sciences économiques.

Il est auteur de nombreux articles de recherche scientifique dans les journaux et revues internationaux indexés.
